Marquetter––Lizbeth E. Reidy, 60, of 1785 East Avenue, Marquette, entered eternal life Thursday, April 10, 2008, at Marquette General Hospital.
Liz was born April 26, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of George and Carol (Coop) Walker. She received an associate degree from Bliss College in Lewiston, ME, and over the years had resided in Rhone Island and New Hampshire, moving to Marquette in the late 1960’s. For most of her life, Liz was involved in the healthcare field, serving as a nursing home administrator for a number of years. She also served as a court appointed guardian.
Survivors include her brother, David (Michele) Walker of Las Vegas, NV; step-father, Keith Sissom of Republic; a niece and nephew; and six great nieces and nephews. Liz was preceded in death by her parents.
Honoring Liz’s request, no services will be scheduled.
