MEMORY TRIBUTE

A Memory Tribute to Barbara Mansfield

My friend sent me a gift certificate for a flowering plant so that every year when it blooms I can be reminded of Mom. Wasn't that a perfect gift? Mom would have appreciated that so much.

We shared lots of joys and sorrows. The house on Highland Road holds so many memories for you, your family and I, as that is the house I grew up in. My Mother and Dad built up on the hill next door, so my family and I were out there often. I'm so glad we became good friends. Rest peacefully dear Barbara

"Mom M", I'll forever be grateful for the most precious gift you ever gave me... your son Michael. We may not have always seen eye to eye on what was best for Mike but we both love him immensely and that's all that ever really mattered. Every blooming flower, every loon call will remind me of the great person that raised such great kids. I love you Mom M and I'll see you in heaven.

Barb, I always remember you as an avid outdoors person along with being a lover of nature. This made it so easy to relate to you and why we enjoyed each others company. I will always remember all the great memories from your home in Howell when I was younger and even more so on all the canoe trips with all of the Chamski family and friends. One of the last things I asked you was to reserve a good camping spot for me up in heaven. Then we'll have all the time we want around that great camp fire. Love and miss you. Eric and Judy Cloude

Although it has been over 20 years since I last saw Barbara, I remember many happy times when we were children together visiting all our cousins in the Detroit area. I remember Barbara as a gracious and peaceful person and wish that she now rest in eternal peace.

Dear Barb, You were the best "big sister" and friend that a "little brother" ever could have had. I will forevermore remember the lifetime of unforgetable memories that we shared and I will continue to share them with you during our "Saturday chats" just as I promised you. My love is with you eternally, Jer "My own peace I give you; a peace which the world cannot give. This is my gift to you." -John 14:27
