Marquette––-Jean M. Cooper, 51, of 316 Pine Street, Marquette, entered eternal life Friday evening, June 15, 2007, at Marquette General Hospital, where she had been a patient. Jean was born October 4, 1956, to John Russell and Evelyn (Sievers) Morris.
Survivors include her mother, Evelyn Morris, of Marquette; her son, Don (Hailey) Williams, of Ishpeming; three grandchildren, Jesse, Kiya and Eliza Williams, all of Ishpeming; her brother, Daniel Morris, of Marquette; her sister, Irene Morris, of Marquette; two nieces, Jenny (John) Shaub, and Emily (Rhyan) Lindley, both of Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her father, John Russell Morris.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at 1:00 pm in the Fassbender Funeral Home, with Rev. Leon Jarvis officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 12 noon until 1:00 pm at the Fassbender Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Jean's family.
