I was saddenned to hear of Betty's death. I was her supervisor at the hospital for a while when she was in Laundry, and they became part of the Housekeeping department. I left in 2005, and was not aware Betty was sick. I lost my first wife to cancer (she was 46) and I know what you are going through, Jim. God bless you and your family.

George and I are saddened to hear of Shirley's passing. Our thoughts and prayers go to each and everyone of you during this difficult time. We wish we could be there to ease some of your pain, but due to the distance of our homes, we cannot. We hope to see you this 4th of July season as we will be in Marquette during that week. Shirley was a 'spitfire' and will definately create a void in our lives. The South Marquette family has lost another loved one. Our love to you all.

Lisa, Sue, Jimmer, Tommy and Jim, Ican't believe that Betty is gone. She was and will always be a very special person. I can't even begin to tell you about the countless times in my life that Betty had been there for me and many others. I am sickened by the fact that I couldn't be there for all of you. She was my second mom. She was the one that you could tell anything to and still loved you anyway. She always made you feel like you had a family. She included you in her own, making you feel like you belonged in her family. I will miss her so much. I can't believe that she is gone. I hope that she is at peace now. I Love You Betty Lou! .

Lisa and family, I was saddened to hear of your mother's passing. It is never easy to lose a parent, no matter what your or their age. Know that your Mother is in God's hands and as you said, no longer in pain. She will always be in your heart and when you find quiet she'll be whispering to you also. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family. May God's blessing continue to shine on you all.

Hi Mom! I never got to say that you owed me a yummy pasty and a day at the Casino! May god rest your soul in a peacefull place where you can watch over your children and grandkids. I will alway remember your smile and how you used to say "ohhh Alphabet". Lisa, you take care and remember that Mom will always be Mom and will always be with you in spirits to continue to guide you through life. Much Luv;
