Michigamme––- MATT E. KIRCHHOFF, 26, passed away March 10, 2007 and is now in restful peace. Born on May 2, 1980 in Illinois, he is survived by his parents, Fred M. and JoAnn, his brother Fred J., and his sister Leah R. Kirchhoff. Matt was a 1998 graduate of Republic Michigamme High School, and a 2005 Northern Michigan University graduate. Matt’s passion was his toys; cars, snowmobiles, four wheelers and the latest video games. A private memorial service for family members was held on March 12, 2007 at Fassbender Funeral Home, Marquette MI.
