MEMORY TRIBUTE

A Memory Tribute toOrville Barnett

Dear Kyle, Kikki, & Dustin, I have been out of town and just returned this evening. While reading the stack of newspapers I saw that your grandfather had died. I want to tell you how sorry I am. I hope you have lots of good memories of your grandpa in your hearts to be with you when he can't be. Hugs to you all.

In Loving Memory of my very best friend, Orville whom I'll miss dearly. Orville is a man in which I've known most of my life. Since I was a little boy being at his moms (Grandma Fran) when he'd come in for breakfast and coffee all the way up to the point in which Orville and Janet took me in as a foster son. Orville taught me alot in all aspects of life and I'll charish every second I ever spent with Orville & his family. Looking back at it, I can't think of any one specific moment I had with Orville that wasn't just awsome. May you rest in peace my friend. My love and condolences go out to you Janet, Karla, Kenner and all others who knew and loved Orville.

God truly got another great angel on Sunday. Now him and Grandpa can sit in heaven and look down at us all. I'm sure they're sitting up there enjoying a cup of coffee and joking around. He will surely be missed by all of us. .

Janet, Chet, Claude, Dale, Shirley, Karla & Kenner, I hope you know how truly sorry I am for not being able to be there to honor & remember the good times I shared with Orville. We had some fun years working as partners for "Hippie Construction" with Ernie & Dave Cooley. We also had a few good adventures with Peter David Howard and in Ralph building the campground. I'll miss him a lot and will always remember his mischievous grin. I'll shed a silent tear and think of all of you with a lump in my throat on Thursday. I'll also smile big inside as I send my silent blessings and best wishes to all of you. Orville always had a way to share his smile. We can all take part of that smile with us for the rest of our lives.

A HEART OF GOLD STOPPED BEATING, TWO SHINING EYES AT REST, GOD BROKE OUR HEARTS TO PROVE, HE ONLY TAKES THE BEST. GOD KNOWS YOU HAD TO LEAVE US, BUT YOU DID NOT GO ALONE, FOR PART OF US WENT WITH YOU, THE DAY HE TOOK YOU HOME. TO SOME YOU MAY BE FORGOTTEN, TO OTHERS JUST PART OF THE PAST, BUT TO US WHO LOVED AND LOST YOU, THE MEMORY WILL ALWAYS LAST. GOOD BYE ORV, TO MY BEST FRIEND. I WILL MISS YOU.
