Rock, MI–– Rock, MI- Emma M. Oleksy, 46, of Rock, entered eternal life Tuesday morning, December 19, 2006, at Marquette General Hospital where she had been a patient.
Emma was born September 2, 1960, in Flint, MI, a daughter of Ronald and Kathleen (Childers) Tahash. Emma will be remembered most for her love of laughter, cooking and dancing. She loved everyone around her and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Now her soul is free, come join us in peace.
Survivors include: her parents; one son, Rex Forbes; one daughter, Marion Marohnic; two grandchildren, Makayla Ellis and Gia Marohnic, four sisters, Peggy Tahash, Tamara (Dennis) Forbes, Faye Peterson, and Aronaka Tahash; one brother, Johnnie (Jannette) Tahash; and her fiancé, Robert Hale. She was preceded in death by her soul mate, Terry Oleksy.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 22, 2006, at 1:00 pm in the Fassbender Funeral Home, with Rev. Leon Jarvis officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the time of services at the funeral home.
