Tia's cheery personality and humor will be greatly missed. She,... a compassionate person and friend, Devoted to Family, Peanut Butter, GunSmoke and Yorkies was the "Real MaCoy". Nothing phony about her. Somewhat of a rarity, but greatly appreciated. If you wanted to see a scowl on her face, you just offered her a glass of milk.

I have very fond memories of Tia from working together at DSS. She always had a smile and a story to tell. Such a pretty girl. I remember how much she talked about Billy and how she loved him. We would run into each other occasionally through the years and take a few minutes to catch up on what had been happening with our families and careers. I am sorry that I did not know she was ill and sorry to you all for the loss of Tia.

To my dear friend,
The friendship we have shared for the last 35 years has meant the world to me and my family. Altho we drifted through the years a bit, we did come full circle after the kids were raised - and I am so thankful for that. Our daily telephone calls for the last year or so were "priceless" to me - you are such a kind person who loved life and who fought your battle with such dignity and courage. You are a fine example to women when it comes to battling this disease. I will miss you so much dear friend, you'll always be in my heart.
Love & friendship forever..
your friend always, just me
PS: See you there
Sandy
