Maureen Ann Curtis, 56, of 132 Ridgewood Drive, Harvey, entered eternal life Monday morning, May 29, at her home in the comfort and care of her family.

Maureen was born September 21, 1949 in St. Ignace, a daughter of David and Ann (Brazil) Scanlon.  A homemaker, Maureen enjoyed decorating and re-decorating, traveling to warmer climates, visiting and talking to family and friends.  She was especially devoted to her family with special affection for the canine members, particularly her beloved dog, Sophie.

Survivors include her husband, Tom Curtis; two daughters, Roberta (Robert) Doonan and Rhonda Jensen both of Racine, WI; her son, Travis Curtis of Marquette; and grandchildren, Jacob Jensen, Sarah, Dani, and Dean Doonan.

Honoring Maureen’s request, no services will be scheduled.
