Mary Katherine Pace, 84, of 351 East Prospect Street, Marquette, entered eternal life Tuesday evening, March 21, 2006, at her home.

Born September 7, 1921, in Indianapolis, IN, a daughter of Samuel and Katherine (Light) Miller, Mary lived in Marquette since 1960. She was employed with Northern Michigan University as an administrative assistant for numerous presidents.

Survivors include her husband of over sixty years, John W. Pace; her daughter, Mary (D. Joseph) Buys of Marquette; two sons, Carl (Mary) Pace of Negaunee Township and Dan Pace of West Bend, WI; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Honoring Mary’s request, private services will be held.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed in Mary’s name to the Marquette County Humane Society, 84 Snowfield Road, Negaunee, MI 49866.
