Dennis George DeVooght, 34, of Metairie, Louisiana, entered eternal life Tuesday, September 6, 2005, in Metairie.

Dennis was born March 18, 1971 in Marquette.

Dennis had a great sense of humor and was liked by all. He loved to laugh, have fun, and live in the moment. He enjoyed music, in-line hockey, and ’64 Ford Fairlanes. He was a naturally talented mechanic and carpenter, and liked to draw and play guitar.

There will be a gathering of family and friends at Lake LeVasseur (off Kawbawgam Road) on Saturday, September 17, at 10:00 am. Graveside inurnment services will be held at the Holy Cross Cemetery, Marquette, on Monday, September 19, at 11:00 am with Rev. Ben Paris officiating.
