Deborah Sue Nettell, 45, former Marquette resident, entered eternal life Saturday morning, July 23, 2005, at the Tendercare Health Center in Munising, where she had resided for the past year and a half.
Debbie was born November 23, 1959 in Mt Pleasant, daughter of Ronald J. and Gertrude (Ylitalo) Nettell, and was raised in Marquette. She was a graduate of the Marquette Senior High School. Debbie was involved in telecommunications and was a longtime employee of the Keith Kirby Company of Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Debbie was the second youngest of her siblings and is survived by:
Two brothers, Frank (Karen) Nettell of Marquette and Tom (Jennifer) Nettell of Iron Mountain
Two sisters, Dorothy Kitzinger of Green Bay, WI, and Jean (Terry) Rohr of Tawas City
Several nieces and nephews.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Gertrude.
The family extends their sincere appreciation to the staff of the Tendercare Health Center in Munising for helping make her life comfortable and fulfilled during the last year. Debbie persevered despite a long-term illness, juvenile onset rheumatoid arthritis. Debbie will be remembered for her strength, sense of humor, and caring for others. Treasured by her family and friends, she will be greatly missed.
